Truck Dispatch Services

Hearts of Kindness provides administrative dispatch support to independent motor carriers operating under their own active authority. Services may include load research, broker communication authorized by the carrier, rate-confirmation coordination, schedule support, document organization and routine trip communication.

Carrier responsibilities

• Maintain active USDOT and operating authority when required
• Maintain required insurance and safety compliance
• Approve every load and rate
• Operate and supervise the equipment and driver
• Enter contracts directly with brokers and shippers
• Pay drivers, fuel, tolls, taxes and operating expenses
• Maintain records required by FMCSA and other authorities
